3. Bookings and Payments
- Clients can book treatments via the website, email, phone, or Facebook.
- For treatments priced under £50, no deposit is required.
- For treatments priced over £50, a £50 deposit is required upon booking.
- Clients who cancel their booking up to 3 days before the scheduled treatment are eligible to receive a refund of their deposit. Cancellations made after this time may result in the loss of the deposit, except under certain circumstances which will be at the discretion of TBT Aesthetics.
- Payment must be made in full or via instalments upon completion of the service. We accept payments by bank transfer and cash.
